Artiva

Artiva Biotherapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing natural killer (NK) cell-based therapies for patients with autoimmune diseases and cancers. Its lead product, AlloNK, is a non-genetically modified, cryopreserved NK cell therapy designed to be produced at scale from donor cells and used in combination with B-cell targeted monoclonal antibodies. Unlike autologous CAR-T therapies, AlloNK is manufactured off-the-shelf, stored frozen, and can be administered in community settings. Artiva's manufacturing-first approach, developed in partnership with GC Cell Corporation, enables production of enough therapy to treat over 1,000 autoimmunity patients annually from its San Diego facility. The company went public on NASDAQ in July 2024.
