The platform serves as the context-driven memory layer across the litigation stack — historically, the facts and context of a litigation matter have lived in disconnected systems (e-discovery, legal research tools) and in litigators' heads. Advocacy centralizes that intelligence in a case memory platform that informs research, drafting, analysis, and strategy across the life cycle of a matter. The company emerged from stealth in March 2026 with $3.5M in seed funding led by Relentless, with participation from Relativity (via Rel Labs), Fenwick & West LLP, and prominent legal scholars from T14 law schools.
