IK Partners is a pan-European private equity firm tracing its roots to the 1989 Scandinavian Acquisition Capital Fund (later Industri Kapital); it rebranded as IK Partners in 2021. The firm runs four complementary strategies -- Mid Cap, Small Cap, Development Capital, and Partnership Fund -- pursuing majority and minority buyouts and growth investments in business services, healthcare, and industrials companies across Benelux, the DACH region, France, the Nordics, and the UK.
