Coefficient Capital is a New York-based growth-equity firm founded in 2018 that invests in growth-stage consumer businesses operating in established categories undergoing structural change. It backs companies that use technology, data, and brand storytelling to scale, spanning food and beverage, CPG, wellness, and consumer health. Since inception the firm has invested in more than 20 consumer companies and supported exits including the sale of Nom Nom to Mars, Just Spices to Kraft Heinz, and Kate Farms to Danone, plus the IPO of Oatly. Current portfolio names include Lemme, Gorgie, and Magic Spoon. In 2026 it closed Fund II at $290M alongside a $240M Apex Fund, bringing assets under management above $800M.
