ZT Systems is a leading provider of complex compute, storage, and accelerator solutions for hyperscale cloud computing and artificial intelligence infrastructure. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Secaucus, New Jersey, the company engineers purpose-built server solutions for major cloud providers including Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. ZT Systems was acquired by AMD in April 2025 for $4.9 billion. In November 2025, the data center infrastructure manufacturing business was subsequently acquired by Sanmina Corporation for approximately $3 billion.
