Zooba, Inc. is a Japanese AI agent platform purpose-built for corporate IT (情シス / joushisu) and IT operations teams. Founded in 2021, Zooba automates the full lifecycle of IT helpdesk and SaaS management tasks — including internal inquiry response, account provisioning and deprovisioning, SaaS license management, IT asset inventory, shadow IT detection, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
