Its flagship Cultured Oil is composed of over 93% monounsaturated fat, contains less than 3% omega-6 linoleic acid, and has a smoke point up to 485°F, outperforming olive oil, avocado oil, and canola oil on both health and culinary metrics. The fermentation process uses 99% less water than olive oil and 87% less land than canola oil, making it one of the most sustainable cooking oils available.
