Zelim

Zelim is an Edinburgh-based maritime technology company that develops AI-powered safety and security systems to protect people and assets at sea. Its flagship product, ZOE, is an intelligent man-overboard detection system that continuously monitors vessels and instantly detects, tracks, and alerts crews to people in the water — meeting the ISO 21195:2020 MOB detection standard. The company also produces Swift, a rapid casualty recovery system, and Guardian, an unmanned rescue vessel for operating in hazardous conditions. Zelim's systems are deployed across cruise, offshore energy, defence, and commercial shipping sectors, serving customers including Ambassador Cruise Lines and Valaris.
