Founded by Brian Dempsey and Chandra Singh, Power enables employers, financial institutions, SACCOs, and strategic partners to offer workers an integrated suite of four financial services: Pay (salary advances for short-term cash flow), Save (goal-based savings), Borrow (affordable longer-term credit), and Protect (insurance products). The platform is payroll-integrated by design, with repayments that are structured, predictable, and transparent. Power operates in Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, and Rwanda, serving workers across multiple sectors via USSD and mobile app. The company's mission is to improve the financial health of workers across Africa by making financial wellness accessible and practical — not a privilege.
