Worldsensing provides IoT connectivity for remote monitoring so operators can assess the reliability, security, and scalability of large-scale civil infrastructure. Its wireless networks and Loadsensing edge devices collect data from dams, bridges, tunnels, mines, and other critical assets, including sites that are hard to reach. Founded in 2008 in Barcelona by Ignasi Vilajosana and Jordi Llosa after early avalanche-sensor work in the Swiss Alps, the company reports more than 3,000 deployed networks, coverage in over 70 countries, and 270-plus alliances. It sells these industrial monitoring systems to enterprises that need continuous, data-driven visibility into infrastructure safety.
