Winpac

Winpac is a South Korean semiconductor company headquartered in Seoul that provides total solutions for semiconductor back-end processing, covering the full range from assembly to testing. The company specializes in outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) services including package types such as PBGA, FBGA, and COF, serving fabless chip companies and broader semiconductor supply chain customers. Winpac was acquired by ABOV Semiconductor in November 2021 and has since been cited as a partner by international firms including FPT Software in Vietnam for expanding regional OSAT capabilities.
