WhyHow.AI was founded to build RAG-native knowledge graph tooling — including an open-source Knowledge Graph Studio and Knowledge Table package — that gives developers rule-based entity resolution and modular graph construction for AI applications. The San Francisco-based company, co-founded by ML researchers from Cambridge and Harvard, has since applied that structured-extraction technology to legal intelligence, helping law firms detect emergent mass-tort and class-action cases early, validate case viability with AI models, and acquire plaintiffs at scale through its Litigation Agents platform.
