Whisper Aero is a next-generation electric propulsion company developing cleaner, quieter, and more efficient thrust systems for drones, eVTOLs, and regional aircraft. Founded in 2021 by former NASA and Uber Elevate engineers Mark Moore and Ian Villa, the company's UltraQuiet™ and JetFoil™ propulsion technologies leverage over 15 years of distributed electric propulsion R&D. Whisper Aero operates an 8,000 sq. ft. flight test center at Crossville Memorial Airport in Tennessee and has received U.S. Air Force STRATFI and OECIF funding for its Collaborative Logistics Aircraft program serving defense customers.
