Scalable authorization infrastructure for developers
Warrant was an authorization and access control infrastructure platform for software developers. Built on principles similar to Google Zanzibar, it provided a highly scalable centralized authorization service supporting role-based (RBAC), fine-grained, and attribute-based (ABAC) access control. Developers could define authorization models, manage access rules, and enforce policies via SDKs for backend and client-side integration. The platform included a management dashboard and audit logs for compliance visibility. Warrant was acquired by WorkOS in April 2024 and its technology is now integrated into the WorkOS product suite.
