Vridhi Home Finance (Vridhi Finserv Home Finance Limited) is a Bengaluru-based tech-enabled affordable housing finance company incorporated in January 2022. Founded by Krishnan Rajan, Ram Naresh Sunku, and a third co-founder, the company combines technology with a brick-and-mortar distribution model to provide home loans to underserved segments in India, particularly low- and middle-income borrowers. Vridhi's founding team brings 75+ years of combined mortgage and banking experience. The company is regulated by the Reserve Bank of India and has grown to a Series B stage, offering home loans starting at 12% per annum with repayment tenures of up to 12 years.
