Vivatides Therapeutics is a biotechnology company developing next-generation RNA therapeutics that target tissues outside the liver, where conventional siRNA and antisense oligonucleotide drugs have historically been confined by delivery limitations. Its platform spans ligand conjugation, delivery efficiency, tissue-targeting specificity and safety, combined with sequence design and target discovery capabilities that let it advance a diversified pipeline in parallel toward large chronic indications such as hyperlipidemia, hypertension, neurological, metabolic, cardiovascular and renal disease. Founded in 2025 by Keming Zhou, the company operates from Woburn, Massachusetts and Suzhou, China, and closed both a seed round and an oversubscribed $54M Series A within its first year, co-led by Qiming Venture Partners with Highlight Capital, TF Capital and existing investor Apricot Capital.
