Vega Protocol is an open-source, decentralized derivatives protocol for creating and trading futures and perpetual contracts on a fully decentralized, non-custodial network. Built as a purpose-built proof-of-stake appchain using CometBFT, it offers CEX-style order books, historic price data APIs, and a configurable fee model with no per-transaction gas costs.
