Vantage Towers

Vantage Towers is one of Europe's leading telecommunications tower infrastructure companies, headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany, and founded in 2020 as a spin-off from Vodafone. The company owns and operates approximately 83,000 tower sites — including towers, masts, rooftop sites, and distributed antenna systems — across 10 European markets including Germany, Spain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, and the Czech Republic. Vantage Towers provides passive infrastructure services including colocation, built-to-suit tower construction, indoor coverage solutions, small cells, and smart city infrastructure to mobile network operators and other wireless customers. The company is majority-owned by Oak Holdings, a joint venture of Vodafone, GIP, and KKR, and was delisted from Deutsche Börse in May 2023 following the Oak Holdings acquisition.
