VALT JAPAN Co., Ltd. (ヴァルトジャパン) is a Tokyo-based social impact company founded in August 2014 with the vision of creating an era where people with employment difficulties can thrive. The company operates NEXT HERO, a BPO (business process outsourcing) platform specialized for people with disabilities, connecting them to digital back-office work for major enterprises. VALT JAPAN also provides disability employment support services (licensed by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare), an EC platform for local products, and CSR/CSV consulting. The company has raised over ¥1.1 billion cumulatively, partnered with municipalities across Japan including Tokyo, Miyagi, and Fukuoka, and operates disability-focused A-type employment support facilities (NEXT HERO DIC) in Kamakura, Marunouchi, and Nobeoka.
