The company operates multiple properties across Koreatown (3480 San Marino St) and Downtown LA (889 Francisco St), plus units marketed to USC students near campus, offering studio and one- to three-bedroom units alongside shared common spaces, organized social programming, 24-hour property management, and regular cleaning/maintenance service.
