Unicly is a permissionless, community-governed protocol built by NFT collectors and DeFi enthusiasts that lets users combine, fractionalize, and trade NFT collections. Users deposit one or more NFTs into a vault and mint fungible ERC-20 tokens (uTokens) representing fractional ownership, unlocking shared liquidity for otherwise illiquid NFT assets.
