uMotif provides a patient-first eCOA, ePRO, and eConsent platform used in clinical, post-marketing, and real-world research. The company began after its co-founders worked with Parkinson's patients who needed better digital tools to track symptoms, treatments, and care, then ran large studies in which more than 18,000 people contributed over 9 million patient-reported and device data points. Those learnings became a capture and engagement platform designed for high compliance, retention, and data quality from site-based through fully decentralized trials. uMotif now operates globally and remains focused on reducing burden for patients and sites while serving life-sciences sponsors.
