U.S. Digital Response

U.S. Digital Response (USDR) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that partners with state, local, and tribal governments to modernize essential digital services. Born from the COVID-19 crisis in March 2020, USDR was founded to match skilled tech volunteers with governments overwhelmed by unprecedented demand. Since inception, USDR's skilled volunteers have contributed the equivalent of 90 full-time employees, bringing expertise to strengthen government capacity. USDR has partnered with more than 600 government and nonprofit partners on over 700 projects, impacting more than 50% of Americans. The organization ensures people get services that actually work for them, when they need them.
