Tuuli is an AI-powered compliance intelligence platform for architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) teams. The platform learns from a firm's past project history — including RFIs, change orders, markups, and design standards — to automatically review new construction document sets and surface coordination gaps, code compliance issues, spec-to-drawing mismatches, missing information, and firm-specific recurring errors before they reach the field. Unlike generic AI plan-check tools, Tuuli builds a firm-specific knowledge base that gets sharper over time, enabling architects, engineers, contractors, and developers to issue cleaner drawing sets, reduce rework, cut change orders, and protect project margins. Tuuli reads 2D PDF drawings and specifications with no BIM model required, and integrates with Procore, Newforma, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
