Trueflag (trueflag.ai) is a Madrid-based spin-off of Spanish fact-checking company Newtral, co-founded by CTO Ruben Miguez. It offers the first multimodal, multilingual SaaS platform designed to automate detection and verification of disinformation across text, video, images and audio. The platform monitors channels including Telegram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, podcasts and blogs to catch fake news before it spreads, using specialized AI algorithms to flag loaded language, manipulated media and propaganda techniques, and provides real-time alerts and automated counter-narratives to help brands and organizations respond to emerging disinformation threats.
