Triumvira

Triumvira is a clinical-stage immuno-oncology company developing unique, targeted autologous and allogeneic T cell therapeutics that co-opt the natural biology of T cells to treat a broad range of patients with cancer. Its proprietary T cell Antigen Coupler technology is a versatile platform that activates natural T cell functions differently from CAR-T and engineered T cell receptor therapies. The lead clinical candidate, TAC101-CLDN18.2, targets claudin 18.2-positive solid tumors and has shown stronger anti-cancer properties and a more favorable safety profile than CAR-T and standard-of-care therapies in preclinical studies.
