Trishula Therapeutics

Trishula Therapeutics is a privately held, clinical-stage biotechnology company solely dedicated to the development of TTX-030, a first-in-class anti-CD39 antibody, in collaboration with AbbVie. TTX-030 inhibits CD39, an enzyme that drives formation of immune-suppressive extracellular adenosine in the tumor microenvironment, while maintaining immune-activating ATP levels that stimulate anti-tumor immunity. The company was spun out from Tizona Therapeutics in August 2020, backed by investors including MPM Capital, Canaan Partners, and AbbVie Ventures, and is based in South San Francisco, California.
