The company provides a Digital Experience Assurance platform giving organizations visibility into network performance across cloud infrastructure, SaaS applications, the internet, and enterprise WANs. The platform combines active monitoring, internet and WAN visibility, and end-user experience data to help enterprises detect and resolve performance issues. Customers include Microsoft, Slack, PayPal, and Lyft. Cisco acquired ThousandEyes in August 2020 for approximately $1 billion.
