The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is an iconic luxury hotel, casino, and resort located on the Las Vegas Strip at 3708 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, Nevada, now operated by MGM Resorts International. The property originally opened in December 2010 and features over 3,000 hotel rooms and suites, a casino floor, multiple award-winning restaurants, entertainment venues including the Chelsea, several pool areas, a nightclub, spa, and approximately 150,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The Cosmopolitan was acquired by Blackstone Real Estate in 2014 and subsequently sold to MGM Resorts International in 2021, with the real estate assets held under long-term lease. The resort employs approximately 4,577 staff and generates over $650 million in annual revenue.
