The company provides a one-stop service covering AI data collection, data labeling, and data verification, and has expanded into enterprise AI agent solutions including its proprietary AxDC architecture for intent classification and dialogue generation. AIWORKX's NLU-14B model benchmarks above GPT-5 and Gemini on Korean-language intent understanding tasks (KoSGD benchmark). The company serves major Korean conglomerates including SK Telecom, POSCO, Samsung C&T, and Hyundai, and operates the first unmanned AI data processing facility in South Korea.
