Terraform Labs was the Singapore-based company behind the Terra blockchain protocol, which hosted the algorithmic TerraUSD (UST) stablecoin and LUNA token. Following the collapse of UST and LUNA in May 2022 and subsequent SEC enforcement actions, Terraform Labs filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and began winding down operations in September 2024.
