Ternakin is an Indonesian aqua-tech startup built by farmers, for farmers. The company provides technology-driven solutions to enhance productivity, transparency, and profitability for smallholder fish farmers. Its platform connects fish farmers, processors, and local markets through a farm-to-table traceability system, digital monitoring tools, and a decentralized supply chain model. Ternakin also runs a circular economy initiative converting fish waste into livestock feed and empowers women through household-scale fish processing units. Founded in 2023 by Michael Hadiono, Nikolas Sinurat, and Indriawan Utama.
