Terecircuits develops novel materials and manufacturing processes for micron-scale assembly of advanced electronics, targeting the 4th Industrial Revolution wave of IoT, wearables, AR/VR, and autonomous vehicles. Using lithography-inspired principles and proprietary polymer chemistry, the company enables mass transfer and microassembly of components smaller than a grain of pollen with 500nm accuracy — up to 1,000x faster than conventional pick-and-place methods. Key applications include MicroLED displays, near-eye displays, system-in-package (SiP) solutions, die-on-wafer stacking, and foldable displays.
