Error-corrected quantum computers with minimal overhead
Nord Quantique builds superconducting, bosonic-code quantum computers with a 1:1 logical-to-physical qubit ratio, embedding error correction directly into every qubit. This hardware-efficient approach dramatically reduces system size and complexity, enabling fault-tolerant quantum computers that fit in existing data centers. The company is one of eleven selected for Stage 2 of DARPA's Quantum Benchmarking Initiative and an inaugural Canadian Quantum Champion.
