Teneros develops Instant-On failover appliances that provide 24x7 continuity for mission-critical Microsoft infrastructure applications, most notably Microsoft Exchange email servers. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Mountain View, California, Teneros' Application Continuity Appliances could protect up to 2,000 mailboxes and multiple terabytes of storage, keeping corporate email accessible during Exchange downtime. The company later expanded into Social Sentry, a service for monitoring employee public activity on social networks, and offered its continuity technology through managed, SaaS-based delivery models.
