Teampay

Teampay is a distributed spend management platform founded in 2016 by Andrew Hoag and Adam Nyberg in New York. The platform enables businesses to request, approve, and track all company spending in real time through automated purchase workflows, virtual corporate cards with preset budgets, AP automation, and accounting integrations with ERP systems including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks. Teampay integrates with team communication tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams to surface approvals where employees already work. The company was acquired by Paystand in April 2024 and now operates as a division within Paystand's broader B2B financial suite.
