Taster is a digital restaurant platform that creates and scales iconic fast-food brands in collaboration with creators, chefs, and partners. Founded in 2017 by Anton Soulier, a former Deliveroo employee, Taster develops brands designed for modern consumption habits — available for delivery, click & collect, takeaway, and dine-in. The company operates across four European countries (UK, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg) with over 130 locations, providing a full platform for brand creation including culinary development, sourcing, technology, operations, and a network of franchise operators. Brands include Pepe Chicken, Starsmash, Out Fry, La Vie Dirty Burgers, Spud Bros Express, and Crousty Crew.
