TankeBlue Semiconductor (北京天科合达半导体股份有限公司) is a Beijing-based national high-tech enterprise established in September 2006, recognized as one of China's first professional companies dedicated to the R&D, production, and commercial sale of third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide (SiC) single crystal substrates and related materials. The company supplies 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch conductive and semi-insulating SiC substrates and epitaxial wafers — critical upstream materials for power electronics devices used in new energy vehicles, photovoltaic inverters, rail transit, smart grids, 5G communications, and defense applications. TankeBlue holds over 120 authorized invention patents and utility models, and has established manufacturing sites across Beijing, Shenzhen, Jiangsu, and Shenyang as part of a national industrial footprint.
