Talentsoft

Talentsoft was a French cloud-based HR and talent management SaaS platform that provided end-to-end human capital management solutions for mid-to-large enterprises across Europe. Founded in 2007, the company offered modules covering recruitment and talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation management, and workforce planning — delivered as a unified, configurable platform. Talentsoft built a strong position in the European HCM market, serving more than 2,200 clients across industries before its acquisition. In April 2021, Cegid, a leading French enterprise software group, acquired Talentsoft to create the number-one HR cloud company in Europe, combining Talentsoft's talent management capabilities with Cegid's payroll and HR administration platform. Following the acquisition, Talentsoft's products were rebranded under the Cegid HR banner.
