Swapp

Swapp is an Israeli AI platform company founded in 2019 and headquartered in Tel Aviv that automates architectural construction documentation and Building Information Modeling (BIM) for architecture firms. The platform uses artificial intelligence trained on each firm's own production history, quality assurance rules, and office standards to automate the creation of construction document (CD) sets, sheet annotations, and BIM models — tasks that traditionally consume the majority of an architectural project's production time. Swapp integrates with existing architectural workflows and continuously improves through machine learning as firms use the product, adapting to each office's unique standards. The company targets architecture firms in the multifamily and education design sectors and reports reducing documentation time by up to 50%, with over 22.7 million square feet of projects delivered through its platform. Swapp was founded by Eitan Tsarfati, an Autodesk alum and architect, and Adi Shavit, and raised an $11.5 million Series A round in May 2023.
