Swagit Productions is a Dallas, Texas-based company founded in 2003 that provides hands-free video streaming, broadcast, and captioning solutions to local, state, and federal government agencies across the United States. The company pioneered fully managed and partially managed video production for public meetings, allowing government bodies to outsource the live direction, indexing, captioning, and on-demand publishing of multi-camera broadcasts without requiring in-house AV staff. Swagit's EASE software enables clients to stream public content live and on-demand through government websites, social platforms, PEG channels, and streaming services with 99.9% uptime, unlimited storage, and ADA-compliant closed captioning. Swagit was later acquired by Granicus, a government technology platform.
