SURVIVR

SURVIVR was a virtual reality training platform for first responders, including law enforcement and military personnel. Founded in 2019 by a University of Texas at Dallas graduate, SURVIVR developed immersive VR scenarios designed to improve officer decision-making, use-of-force judgment, and situational awareness under stress. The platform supported multi-officer training environments and was assessed by Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) for training effectiveness. In August 2021, SURVIVR was acquired by InVeris Training Solutions, a Georgia-based firm with nearly a century of history providing weapons and simulation training systems to defense and public safety clients. The SURVIVR brand and technology now operate under InVeris.
