Sulapac

Sulapac is a Helsinki materials company founded in 2016 to replace conventional plastics with bio-based, biodegradable alternatives that leave no permanent microplastics. Its materials, first adopted in cosmetics and later used from food service to furniture, can be processed on existing plastics machinery. Brands including Chanel have launched products with Sulapac materials, and the company offers injection-molding, thermoforming, extrusion, and 3D-printing grades. Backed by investors such as Bonnier Ventures and Lifeline Ventures, Sulapac helps consumer and luxury brands cut carbon footprint while keeping packaging functional and visually premium.
