Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Austin, Texas, StructShare served electrical, mechanical, and other MEP contractors by streamlining material purchasing, integrating with leading ERPs like Procore, Autodesk, and SAP. The company raised $8M in funding before being acquired by Trimble Inc. in mid-2025, where the product was rebranded as Trimble Materials.
