Stellation Care is a provider analytics company that combines an AI-augmented dataset with advanced algorithms controlling for patient complexity to identify the highest-performing providers for each procedure and condition. Led by co-founders Michelle Xie and Kathy Qian, the platform helps health plans and risk-bearing provider groups with network design, referral optimization, and provider performance benchmarking. In January 2026, Stellation was acquired by Skylight Health and now operates as part of its multispecialty orchestration platform, together serving government and commercial health plans covering more than 3 million members.
