SICAM (Société Industrielle de Conserves Alimentaires du Maghreb) is Tunisia's leading canned food manufacturer, specializing in tomato products, harissa, and fruit jams. SICAM is the world's number-one processor of double-concentrated tomato paste and is the first company in Tunisia, Africa, and the Arab world — and the first globally in the tomato-processing sector — to obtain Zero Residue of Pesticides (ZRP) certification. Its ZRP program subjects every certified product to analysis across more than 600 pesticide molecules, with over 1,000 quality tests performed daily in its laboratories during the production season.
