Open source APM for Java, OS, and database monitoring
Scouter is an open-source Application Performance Management (APM) tool similar to New Relic and AppDynamics, built to monitor Java application performance, host OS metrics (CPU, memory, disk), and MariaDB. The project originated in South Korea and is maintained under the scouter-project GitHub organization, providing real-time performance data, heap memory tracking, thread monitoring, and a web dashboard called Scouter Paper.
