The company sources 100% Arabica single-origin, single-estate coffee and positions itself as a high-grade, sustainably sourced alternative to mainstream coffee chains, with a distinctive blue-and-white brand identity designed to appeal to young urban consumers. By mid-2026 the brand has grown to over 21 locations across New Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, and Chandigarh, and sells through its own app, Zomato, and Swiggy. First Coffee raised a seed round in September 2024 backed by Beenext and other investors.
