The Saudi Investment Recycling Company (SIRC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF), established in 2017 and headquartered in Riyadh to develop, own, operate, and finance recycling infrastructure across all waste types in the Kingdom.
