RayIot Solutions develops software and IoT technology for non-invasive remote health monitoring. Their flagship technology uses off-the-shelf Wi-Fi chipsets to extract breathing and wellness data from smart devices, enabling real-time tracking of respiration rate, sleep quality, fall detection, and mental health signals. Products include AL (a software patch for Wi-Fi-enabled devices) and Ruah (a mobile wellness app). Clinical evaluations spanning nearly 500 hours validated 98% accuracy. Early hardware product raybaby, an AI baby monitor, won CES and JPMA innovation awards. The company was deployed in clinical settings and neonatal ICUs during COVID-19. Winner of Panasonic India Ignition 2.0 accelerator program.
